| we waited almost two hours to get into this place. it only seated about 10 people but it had easily the best sushi i have ever eaten. this stuff was tender, sweet and fresh. no hint of that salty fishy smell on any of it. things like horrible mushy uni (sea urchin) that I have despised for years were reinvented here as light delicate treats. |
